At House of Errors, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and unique packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original House of Errors box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the arrival.
